GE's Access Distribution Bolsters Network Security Practice with Aladdin Knowledge Systems

Agreement provides resellers with more opportunities to take advantage of the growing security market

CHICAGO and WESTMINSTER, Colo., June 20, 2006 - Access Distribution, a General Electric company and a leading value-added distributor of complex computing solutions, and Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN), the leader in Software Digital Rights Management, identity management and content security solutions, today announced a distribution agreement. Under the agreement, Access Distribution will distribute Aladdin Knowledge Systems' enterprise security solutions to authorized value-added resellers in the U.S. and Canada.

Access Distribution will offer eSafe, Aladdin's content security software, and the company's eToken line of products for authentication and password management. eSafe is an integrated, gateway-based antivirus, spyware control, Web browsing security and application filtering solution. The eToken product family includes a comprehensive set of security applications and authentication devices, as well as a management system for enhanced enterprise security.
