CHICAGO and HERZLIYA, ISRAEL, March 15, 2005 - Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALDN) and Israeli-based G-Connect Ltd. today announced a partnership which integrates the Aladdin's eSafe® content security solution with G-Connect's SG-1 service creation gateway. The partnership creates a powerful platform for ISPs to deliver managed, value-added, tiered content security services. For the first time ISPs can implement a turn-key system that will enable immediate revenue generation from provisioning highly demandable security services such as anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-spyware and URL filtering.

Designed for large-scale environments, Aladdin's eSafe is a gateway-based, high-speed content security solution that leverages NitroInspection™ and AppliFilter™ technologies, providing comprehensive application and network security for high-capacity networks. Enabling real-time inspection of Internet traffic without adding network latency, eSafe offers ISP's and other service providers numerous proactive layers of protection.

G-Connect's SG-1 is a next-generation service gateway platform that provides a centralized management solution for all types of different access networks, providing a unified service experience to the customer.
