Aladdin HASP roundtables and customer case studies slated for eight cities throughout the U.S. and Canada

CHICAGO, April 18, 2005 - Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALDN), today announced its second annual series of "Software Digital Rights Management (DRM) Event Briefings on Solutions for Protecting and Licensing Your Software."

Focused on providing software developers, product managers, and CEOs with fresh insight into methods of protecting and licensing software and intellectual property, the unique series of executive briefings features six local events that include a complimentary lunch, roundtable discussion and current HASP customer case studies outlining software DRM and licensing models.
